Arcadia marks Australia Day with big Aussie brekky

The Arcadia community celebrated Australia Day with a big Aussie breakfast spread on Wednesday, along with a few catch-ups.

Event organiser Ros Sinclair said it was good to catch up with the community and have a bite to eat at the town’s CFA station.

“It’s an opportunity to get together,” she said.

“We’re happy to see each other.”

Australia Day ambassador, physician and researcher Professor Paul Komesaroff said the day was an “important moment of reflection”.
