Shepparton’s Witchery store recently claimed the nationally recognised Customer Obsessed Awards for Witchery for the third consecutive year, standing out among more than 500 Witchery stores across Australia and New Zealand.

“This award specifically focuses on customer service,” Shepparton Witchery store assistant manager Julie Bell said.

Store manager Sharon Pearce said customer feedback covered aspects such as the service, the store’s appearance, stock and the overall experience.

“Our win came from customer feedback. After purchasing something in the store, customers receive an email to rate their experience with us,” she said.

“The award actually comes from the opinions of those who purchase from us.”

The Shepparton store’s victory was not only against its national peers but extended across the Tasman Sea as well.

“We won the award across all Witchery stores in Australia and New Zealand,” Mrs Bell said.

Ms Pearce also mentioned the consistent efforts and challenges in maintaining such high standards, especially in regional Victoria.

“We’ve consistently provided excellent customer service over the past year, and the feedback reflects that,” she said.

“It’s pretty rewarding. Retail isn’t easy, especially not in regional Victoria. However, our lovely and loyal customers keep returning to our Shepparton store.”

The staff said they would like to thank their customers for their continued support.
