Sunday

Daylight saving

Time jump: This Sunday at 2am, clocks go forward one hour. Photo by Megan Fisher

Clocks go forward one hour at 2am, meaning an hour less sleep on Sunday morning. It’s a sacrifice, but the warming feeling of more light in the evenings compensates for the temporary woes of less shut-eye.

Euroa Show and Shine

Ride on: For the first time since COVID-19 and the floods, Euroa Show and Shine will return to the picturesque parkland of Seven Creeks.

A major tourist event hits Euroa! The Euroa Show and Shine draws thousands of spectators and hundreds of cars and motorcycles annually, and this year is no exception. The theme for 2023 is the 1960s, with trophies for the best ’60s car and bike, and prizes for the best male and female costumes. Food and drink stalls, trade stalls and entertainment will ensure that things roll (and rock) right along.

Tickets can be purchased via australiannationalshowandshine.com.au
