A series of information sessions starting this week will help prospective students explore study options with GOTAFE.

Thirteen free sessions will be available between Tuesday, November 28, and Monday, January 15.

The online sessions will be hosted by trainers and careers advisors who will guide participants through what to expect from courses, as well as support available to them.

Careers adviser Narelle Lowe said the sessions were an ideal way to explore study opportunities in a supported way.

Preparing to talk: Careers adviser Narelle Lowe is encouraging prospective students to gather has much information as they can.

“People are beginning to make plans for what they would like to do next year,” she said.

“Whether you are a school-leaver, looking to upskill or change careers, it is important to have as much information as possible before making decisions.

“We’re here to support our community each step of the way, and in the information sessions, we will explain what that support looks like.”
