The community that plays together stays together.

It’s a premise the Bush Playgroup, a Greater Shepparton City Council Activities in the Park program, know to be true.

Every Tuesday during the school term, the playgroup invites parents and their children up to five years of age to the Australian Botanic Gardens Shepparton.

It’s an opportunity for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers to enhance their social skills as they play and learn together and for parents and caregivers to meet new people and gain support.

While the kids were engaged in playtime on Tuesday, November 21, The News photographer Rechelle Zammit was all work and no play, snapping a few photos of the lively session.

For more information on the playgroup contact Emily on 0488 567 131.
