As part of Greater Shepparton City Council’s school holiday program, kids took part in a planks by Green Hat Workshop session on April 15, a hands-on activity using eco-friendly wooden planks.

With no glue or fasteners, participants relied on creativity, balance and teamwork to bring their structures to life.

The session offered a relaxed way to explore basic STEM principles while having fun.

News photographer Rechelle Zammit captured the budding builders in action.
