Invitations for the Goulburn Valley League’s night of nights at Tatura have been sent out, with a trio of local stars tipped to be frontrunners.

Echuca’s Sam Willoughby will have a part to play in the league votes after a productive season in the Murray Bombers’ engine room.

Willoughby has been one of Echuca’s most frenetic out of the midfield and the side’s undisputed tackle king, leading Echuca in the category while placing second for the side for contested possessions and clearances.

Out of Kyabram Reserve, midfield duo Zac Keogh and Kaine Herbert will stake their claims for the league’s highest individual honour.

Herbert led the league in inside-50s in 2022 with 115, while Keogh has been a consistent performer for the Bombers since his move to Kyabram Recreation Reserve last season.
