Echuca was a comfortable victor over Rochester in round three of the Goulburn Valley League, but the stars came out to play for both sides according to GVL Data.

Murray Bombers’ cult hero Jackson Stewart tallied up 26 disposals, six clearances and four goals en route to 128 ranking points and man-of-the-match honours.

Echuca coach Simon Maddox also pointed to Jack Evans as a key performer and the numbers confirm it, with the Murray Bombers’ winger having nine score involvements in his 24 disposals, including eight inside-50s for the Bottle Green talisman.

Sam Reid was also in the thick of the action, notching 27 touches, 11 contested possessions and eight clearances in another pivotal performance from the former AFL player.

But despite the plight of the Tigers, one man stood tall in the rout.

Joe Atley was at his competitive best, collecting 29 touches, 15 of which were contested, 10 marks and as many clearances in a monstrous game that saw him end up with a game-high 131 ranking points.

Blake Evans was another to perform well once again, collecting a game-high 31 disposals, including 26 kicks and six marks.
