Echuca Primary School’s Country Fair Fete is back once again — the first since the onset of COVID-19.
The fete on Friday, November 15, is set to make a grand return after the past few years of it not being held.
Parents and Friends Committee member Amanda Hartshorn said everyone is excited to bring the event back.
“We’re all pretty excited and every has jumped on board, so it’s looking to be a good night,” she said.
“We’re trying to make it a nice big event, and it will be exciting to get it running this year for kids after not doing it for so many years.”
Each class will run their own stall selling a range of different things including temporary tattoos, food and drinks, Christmas crafts, show games and crazy coloured hair.
There will be plenty of activities to do, such as a rock climbing wall, Meltdown, a Jurassic adventure, an inflatable cars slide and Big Baller.
For the younger children, there will be a jumping castle for children under five, a miniature train, a petting zoo and camel rides.
For more entertainment, the students of 208 Primary School and Dilmac Dance School will be performing.
Roma Pizza and the Port Ice-creamery will also be providing some more food options for guests.
$20 wristbands can also be purchased for unlimited access to the Big Baller, Melt Down, rock climbing wall, inflatable Cars slide and the Jurassic adventure.
To make purchases at the class stalls, attendees will need to find a ticket booth placed around the fete to purchase $1 and $5 tokens. Eftpos will be available at token booths.
Tokens and wristbands can be pre-ordered online at https://compasstix.com/e/pnh5wcqdsm
Tokens must be collected by an adult on Thursday, November 14 between 3pm to 3.30pm or Friday, November 15 between 8.30am to 9am.
Additionally, they can be collected from the office ticket booth from 3pm to 6pm.
