There will be something on sale for everyone this weekend at the special Navorina fundraiser garage sale.

Described as a ‘monster garage sale with a difference’, it will be held at 146 Napier St, Deniliquin - in the big garage next to Kurrajong.

It will be held over two days, starting at 8am both tomorrow and Sunday.

Coordinated by the Navorina Auxiliary, all proceeds will be donated to provide further comfort and quality of living for Navorina Aged Care Residents.

More than a dozen tables full of bric-a-brac, homewares, plants, books and furniture will be available.

For those feeling peckish, cakes and slices will be for sale, as well as a sausage sizzle.

With so many items on sale, Deniliquin community members have been invited to come along, buy something to take home and “make a difference within the community”.

The Navorina Auxiliary members have organised the weekend sale and have worked tirelessly to sort, organise and prepare the garage for this weekend’s bargain hunters.

With no EFTPOS facilities available, this is a cash only garage sale.

Other fundraisers coming up for the Navorina Auxiliary is its annual golf day, planned for Sunday, September 22.

Registrations are being taken at the Deniliquin Golf Club’s Pro Shop.

In the meantime, head along to the garage sale in Napier St this weekend to support the fundraising efforts.
