A supportive environment makes all the difference

A place to learn: The Centre offers quality small and supportive environments which enable learners to thrive.

The Centre for Continuing Education is proud of its more than 60-year service to the regional Victorian community.

The Centre delivers quality education and support services that build brighter futures for learners and in turn helps our communities to thrive. In fact, that is The Centre’s vision — ‘brighter futures, thriving communities’.

Learning opportunities available include entry level courses, short courses and skillsets through to vocational qualifications in aged care, health services, education support and disability.

Adult literacy, numeracy and digital skill development and study preparation courses are its speciality, designed to build skills and confidence to enable learners to go on to get jobs or complete further study.

The Centre’s team of dedicated educators believe quality learning in small supportive environments is the key difference that enables learners to thrive.

This belief and dedication starts with The Centre’s chief executive officer Sue Geals.

Sue is hands-on, supporting and nurturing her teams and is committed to providing every opportunity to learners, staff and the community.

The Centre is proud to have the dedication of so many people who are personally invested in improving and transforming the lives of everyone in the community.
