Activities at the Cobram library this school holidays

The school holidays are almost upon us once again and Goulburn Valley Libraries is bringing a range of craft activities to Cobram library for children and their families.

Kicking off at 10.30am on Tuesday, September 20, children and their families can come along to make balancing birds.

On Wednesday, September 21, attendees can take part in a “sculptionary” activity from 10.30am.

A yarn turtles activity will be running on Thursday, September 22, from 10.30am.

The second week will also have a full schedule of fun craft activities for children.

Kids can make paper people puppets on Tuesday, September 27, from 10.30am.

Wednesday, September 28, will bring a paper cup rocket launcher activity from 10.30am.

Children can participate in a frisbee fun activity from 10.30am on Thursday, September 29.

The two weeks of school holiday activities will wrap up on Friday, September 30, with a Lego play session from 2.30pm.

The mobile library will also be coming to Katamatite on Thursday, September 29, between 10.30am and 11.30am, where children can take part in fun craft activities, borrow books and pick up a take-home craft pack.

The take-home craft packs, which have four craft templates, extra craft supplies and instructions, will once again be available from the library during opening hours from September 16 to October 2.

The GV Libraries website also has online storytime videos that have associated craft activities, as well as online borrowing, language learning and videos for kids.
