Novelist Kylie Ladd will be bringing her current book tour to the region, stopping at four Goulburn Valley Libraries on April 26 and 27.

The tour will feature her most recently published book, I’ll leave you with this, a story about a brother’s legacy and the tangled bonds of sisterhood.

Described as heartbreaking, funny, thought-provoking and honest, the novel follows the story of the four O’Shea sisters, who have slowly drifted apart throughout their lives and even more after their brother Daniel’s death.

Sisterly bonds: Kylie Ladd’s latest novel, I’ll leave you with this.

On the third anniversary of his death, the sisters come together to track the recipients of Daniel’s donated organs, in an effort to rekindle their sisterly bonds.

Aside from being a novelist, Mrs Ladd is also a psychologist and freelance writer who has published five previous novels, essays and articles in various publications and co-edited and co-authored two non-fiction books.

She will be visiting the libraries at Cobram at 2pm and Mooroopna at 7pm on Wednesday, April 26 and Violet Town at 2:30pm and Nagambie at 6:30pm on Thursday, April 27.

Copies of the book will be available for purchase at each respective library.
