Police again appealed for public assistance to help locate missing Shepparton man Kiza as a search of bushland continued on Sunday.

The 20-year-old was last seen at Raftery Track campgrounds near Shepparton on Thursday, January 27.

Kiza was last seen wearing a green T-shirt, long pants and thongs and was seen heading off into bushland.

Family and police are concerned for Kiza due to the length of time he has been missing and his requirement for regular medication.

An image of Kiza has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.

Local police, specialist units and the SES spent the weekend searching the area where Kiza was last seen.

Raftery Track starts at the end of Raftery Rd, Kialla, and snakes its way through the Shepparton Regional Park, including along long stretches of Goulburn River frontage.

While accessed from the urban edge of the city, the park is expansive and a myriad of tracks and trails run along both sides of the Goulburn River from Toolamba to Shepparton/Mooroopna, covering 2786 hectares.

Anyone with information that could assist police is urged to contact Shepparton Police Station on 5820 5777.
