Benalla’s Erin Louise Rogash is already up for two industry awards despite only starting her business in February 2021.

Erin Louise Aesthetics has grown from humble beginnings, operating out of a room in a local beauticians, to having it’s own shop front at 48 Nunn St, Benalla.

“I was born and raised in Benalla,” Ms Rogash said.

“Although starting my career in hairdressing, my decision to embark on a journey to become a nurse was an easy one.

“I’ve always cared deeply for the wellbeing of others and been passionate about mental and physical health.”

Ms Rogash trained as a nurse through Goulburn Ovens Institute of TAFE, as she could do that without having to relocate.

After completing a Bachelor of Nursing with Charles Sturt University she received botox treatment for migraine relief.

“(As a result) I began researching into, and falling love with, aesthetics,” Ms Rogash said.

“I enrolled in the Australian College of Nursing to complete my postgraduate studies of Advanced Cosmetic Nursing, graduating in December 2022,” she said.

This led to the establishment of Erin Louise Aesthetics.

“While I continue to manage a nursing team in a local general practice, Erin Louise Aesthetic’s clinic is open three days a week and after hours via appointment,” she said.

“I have regular clients who travel from as far as Melbourne and Albury, and over 200 regular returning customers.”

After a meeting with her mentor, Lorna from The Aesthetic Atelier, it was suggested she put her hat in the ring for a Victorian Business Award.

A short time later she was also nominated for a ROAR Success Award, and has recently been named a finalist.

“I am beyond proud of everything I have achieved in the past two years leading up to the opening of Erin Louise Aesthetics,” she said.

“Previously I haven't backed myself enough in the things I achieve, however I feel by creating this, my dream business, I have earned recognition.

“It has been an emotional roller coaster getting to this point, but through hard work, personal growth and perseverance, it has really all paid off.

“I have so many people I would like to thank. Starting from family, friends, clients and my mentor Lorna for supporting me through this dream of mine.

“I wouldn't be able to do it without the support of you all.

“But my biggest thank you goes to my partner Luke. He was the one that continued to believe in me, push me in the right direction, and support me throughout this crazy journey.”
