Charming Cafe is a new business offering a authentic Cambodian cuisine, bubble teas, and some Aussie favourites.

Attached to the Charcoal Chicken shop at 168 Bridge St East the two eateries are sure to have something for the whole family.

Owner Sky Say trained in Cambodia as chef and is a qualified barista. Her brother Toney, also a qualified barista, operates Charcoal Chicken — and both help out the other during busy times.

Charming Cafe is fitted out with state-of-the-art equipment and despite only opening recently is already getting great feedback and returning customers.

It specialises in authentic Bahn Mi rolls with the option of crispy pork, barbecue pork, barbecue chicken, beef meatballs and a vegetarian option — as well as rice paper rolls.

It has six flavours of bubble tea available, as well as a full range of coffee.

Whether you are a flat white, espresso, or cappuccino person, you will find your favourites here.

Sky also carries some Aussie favourites from pies and pasties to sausage rolls and a selection of gourmet cakes.

Sky said the pies came from an award-winning supplier, which operates in three locations across Melbourne and country Victoria.

With the weather warming up you can choose to sit in the alfresco area, as well as inside — or you can grab a take away.

It also has plenty of parking available.

Charming Cafe is open from 7.30am to 3pm Tuesday to Thursday, and on Saturday. It is open Fridays from 7.30am to 4pm.
