The developers of The Range Estate recently donated the entire proceeds of one of their prime building lots to the ERH Cancer and Wellness Centre.

The property was sold at auction by the team at Charles L. King First National.

Director Troy O’Brien said there had been a great deal of interest shown in the lot with well-known and highly regarded builders Simon and Ellie Bourke being the eventual purchasers. Five people competed for the lot on auction day.

The Range development comprises around 400 residential lots and is at present selling Stages 7 and 8.

Local solicitor Jim Cosgriff from Cosgriff Lawyers acted pro bono for the group as did the auctioneers CLK First National.

All print advertising was generously donated by the Riverine Herald.

The donation will help fund the wellness services that complement the clinical care provided at the Cancer and Wellness Centre and increase the support ERH can provide to patients and their families who are on a cancer journey.
