Primary Care Connect is celebrating its 30th anniversary with an open day.
Chief executive officer Trish Quibell said the whole community is invited to come celebrate the milestone for the health and services organisation.
“We are incredibly proud that we have stayed serving our community and providing essential programs and services for 30 years, embedding ourselves in the communities and service providers to enrich and empower our community,” she said.
“Our media and communications team have been leading the event coordination, and we have lots of fabulous and exciting activities and entertainment planned from across our varied programs.”
Some of the plans for the day including a Smoking Ceremony, Welcome to Country and Didgeridoo performance by Dylan Charles, henna tattoos by Akshar Henna Art, and face painting for the kids by Glitter Pop Face Painting.
Show bags, a BBQ and catering from Syrian Brothers will also be available.
“Our team is so excited to be opening our doors and celebrating with our clients and community,” Ms Quibell said.
“We will have yoga and meditation sessions with one of our Personal Trainers and a Plank Off competition for all the fitness fanatics.
“And there will be plenty of stalls available on the day for people to learn more about Primary Care Connect and which services we operate that might suit you and your family.”
The Primary Care Connect Open Day will be held on Friday, November 15 from 11am until 2pm, at Primary Care Connect, 399 Wyndham St, Shepparton.
This event is free to attend, and open to all clients and community, their children and families.
