Residents of Cohuna enjoyed a display of costumes as local school students paraded down the main street in celebration of Book Week on Friday, August 23.
Students from St Mary’s, Cohuna Consolidated and Leitchville primary schools and Leitchville Preschool Play Centre all joined in on the fun.
Characters from children’s favourite books came to life as students dressed up as wizards, unicorns, fairies and everything in between.
The children gathered at the Garden Park where they continued their parade and had the chance to see everyone else’s costumes.
