Daylight saving time ends this Sunday, April 6 at 3am AEDT.
Clocks will move back one hour to 2am, giving everyone an extra hour of sleep.
Most smartphones and computers will update automatically, but don’t forget to manually adjust appliances such as ovens, microwaves and clocks.
The change means lighter mornings but darker evenings as autumn sets in.
Daylight saving will return on the first Sunday of October.
So before you go to bed on Saturday night, set your clocks back and enjoy the extra hour of rest.
