Club Corowa has contributed $10,819.92 to the Black Dog Institute in support of mental health awareness.
The sold-out Birds of Tokyo concert in March proved Club Corowa's reputation for delivering unforgettable experiences and began with the dynamic beats of DJ Verse@ille, setting the stage for an evening of electrifying entertainment.
Local favourites Empress and Aces further fuelled the excitement, leading up to Birds of Tokyo's headline performance.
Birds of Tokyo, known for their chart-topping hits and captivating live shows, delivered an unforgettable performance, showcasing their signature blend of anthemic rock melodies to a packed audience.
From their iconic singles to newer releases, each song resonated with the crowd, fostering an atmosphere of unity and solidarity.
Beyond the music, the event served as a powerful platform for fundraising and advocacy.
Through the generosity of concert goers, the $10,819.92 raised will support the Black Dog Institute's crucial initiatives in mental health research, education, and clinical care.
In addition to supporting the Black Dog Institute, Club Corowa invited local mental health advocate Daniel Hateley from the Fight is Real initiative to be a part of the event. Daniel's efforts, including community barbeques and exclusive merchandise sales, further contributed to this important cause.
Club Corowa CEO Peter Norris expressed pride in the venue's ongoing commitment to bringing exceptional talent to the region.

“Having raised money for flood relief with Eskimo Joe and Daryl Braithwaite, the community fundraising with other big band artists, and now Black Dog Institute with this last concert, we can’t wait to bring the next big performers to Club Corowa and to raise money for other worthy causes in the community.”
