Coles Seymour will officially relaunch at 9am on Friday, April 21.

Changes will include more grab-and-go meal options, an in-store bakery with stone baked sourdough, a frozen dessert bar, a pet treat bar and a bigger fresh produce section.

The store will employ 102 people, including 15 new workers.

To mark the reopening, the store will be donating $5000 to St Mary’s College in Seymour to help fund its Kitchen Garden Foundation program

Coles Seymour store manager Caz Watson said it had been an exciting wait to see the newly renovated store.

“Just prior to the Seymour floods last year we had launched our new home delivery service, which was well received by customers who were able to save both time and money by having their shop delivered to their door,” she said.

Ms Watson and her team are also excited to welcome customers from nearby towns such as Yea and Trawool.
