Council seeks customer feedback

Berrigan Shire Council is reviewing its Customer Experience Charter, as part of the development of a Customer First Strategy.

In developing the strategy, council said community feedback is invaluable in shaping the new approach.

“We recognise that traditionally customer service has been reactive, we want to do better,” a council spokesperson said.

“Through our Community Strategic Plan 2040, we’ve heard that you, our community, wants to it to be easier to ‘do business with us’ and ‘enhance communication between council and residents’.

“We want to better understand your expectations and how you prefer to be communicated with, so we can serve you more effectively.

“We invite you to share your thoughts and help us improve our services for everyone in the community.”

The customer experience survey can be taken at www.surveymonkey.com/r/ZWV8TCK. The survey will close on October 29.
