School holidays are coming up, and if you’re looking for activities to keep the kids entertained — Goulburn Valley Libraries has you covered.

Its Marvellous Makers school holidays program is back.

Activities include craft-making, movie afternoons and educational sessions at Shepparton, Mooroopna and Tatura libraries.

From creating a Minecraft selfie or portrait, digging around for home-made fossils or learning how to French knit, there’s plenty to do.

For those unable to make it to any of the library craft events, you can head into the library and grab a take-home craft pack.

Each pack contains four craft templates with instructions and craft supplies.

They are suitable for all ages, with adult supervision recommended for children under six years.

These craft packs can be found at any Goulburn Valley library branch, including the Mobile Library, and can be picked up from Friday, September 15 until Sunday, October 1.

Rhyme and Story Time and Baby Time sessions will operate at their regular times throughout the holidays.

Other online resources available for the kids include Storybox Library, Kanopy Kids, LOTE Online for Kids and Comics Plus, which can be accessed online.
