The Inner Wheel Club of Echuca hosted a Cuppa for a Cause on Monday, June 24 at Echuca library.

A generous spread was provided by the group, who form the Echuca branch of the world’s largest women’s voluntary service organisation.

The club baked a range of goodies for the event, including scones, slices, cakes and brownies, washed down with plenty of tea.

The event looked to raise money for Echuca Neighbourhood House, which has been struggling to stay afloat due to a lack of funding.

By the end of the event, around $700 was raised, through a $10 ticket fee and raffle. The raffle prizes were won by Robyn Afford, Jan Wills and Fran Galvin.

Organiser Di Owen estimates there were 65 guests in attendance for the event.
