DHS students ready for All-Terrain’s

Deniliquin High School’s Year 10 Driver Education Program finished up last Friday, with students exposed to a number of real-world driving tips, scenarios and plenty of correct and safe driving practices.

Part of the program includes getting to know your car, which is where local business All-Terrain Automotive came into play.

Throughout the week, the All-Terrain team hosted tutorials around car maintenance including changing tyres, and checking and replenishing the levels in your coolant and other fluids under the hood of a vehicle.

The kids were taken through their paces by Riley Huckin, a mechanic at All-Terrain, who was perfect with the students and giving them insights into the maintenance of a vehicle.
