Mathoura’s Bra Fence may not hold any world records, but its record for assisting those with cancer is second to none.
The local tourist attraction invites those with cancer or their friends and families to hang a bra on the fence and place a donation in the tin provided.
Money raised goes to provide fuel vouchers for sufferers who are hospitalised with the disease or are required to travel great distances for consultations or surgeries.
With the cost of fuel these days it is a big help to these people.
The committee will be running another fundraiser soon.
