A disqualified driver will be without his car for 30 days and has a date with a magistrate in May after being intercepted in Moranding on Thursday, January 23.
Local police intercepted the unregistered Holden on Kilmore-Broadford Rd at about 12:25pm on January 23.
A search of the vehicle also uncovered what is alleged to be a quantity of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
The 29-year-old’s car was immediately impounded at a cost of $1445.
He was also charged with traffick methamphetamine, possess methamphetamine, drive whilst disqualified and use unregistered motor vehicle.
The Broadford man will appear in court at a later date.
