A man allegedly blew more than four times the legal alcohol limit, was speeding, and did not have a driver’s licence in Grahamvale on Easter Saturday.

Victorian Highway Patrol police stopped the man on Grahamvale Rd at 4.12pm on Saturday, April 8.

Police allege the 29-year-old Lemnos man recorded a blood alcohol concentration of 0.216 — more than four times the legal limit.

Police also allege he was driving at 86km/h in a 60km/h zone.

He was also unlicensed, after his driver’s licence was cancelled and disqualified in September last year.

The man’s vehicle was impounded for 30 days at a cost of $1240.

He will be summonsed to appear at Shepparton Magistrates’ Court.
