A Kialla man was allegedly six times over the legal alcohol limit when he crashed his car on Wednesday.

Police said they responded after receiving reports of erratic driving and a crash near Riverview Dve in Kialla about 3pm on March 22.

When police breath-tested the man, he allegedly returned a blood alcohol concentration reading of .303.

The man, who was the sole person involved in the crash, was not injured.

A 52-year-old had his driver’s licence immediately suspended and he is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving and other traffic matters.
