Eager uptake of EV stations in Nagambie

Usage trends of the two electric vehicle charging stations installed in Nagambie in late July have continued to tick upwards.

In August, the stations were used 78 times for a total of 2250.92 minutes.

Strathbogie Shire Council Mayor Laura Binks said it was fantastic to see such great data.

“This means more and more visitors are finding out about the opportunity to charge their EVs when in Nagambie,” Cr Binks said.

“It’s a win for tourism but it also means the Nagambie community is contributing to achieving net zero emissions.”
