In the wake of a lack of funding and donations for Echuca Neighbourhood House, there was a growing fear it may be forced to shut its doors.

However, president Trevor Crane has emphasised that with the help and generosity of the Echuca-Moama community, ENH isn’t going anywhere.

Following the revelation of a lack of funding for ENH, the community organisation has received donations from members of the community.

Mr Crane said ENH team members were over the moon with the donations, and always welcomed any further support people could provide.

ENH has been a fixture in the community for over 30 years where it has provided support, food and services to people who might have been struggling or just needed a bit of help.

ENH has a range of activities and services throughout the year, including digital essentials courses, education classes, food banks, community garden, showers for the homeless, harvest swap and many more.

If you wish to make a donation, visit Donate (paypal.com) or drop in to ENH.
