A black utility has left the road, coming to a stop in a ditch next to Sydney Rd, Benalla.
Police, CFA, SES and Ambulance Victoria are at the scene.
It is unclear at this stage if any other vehicles are involved.
While vehicles can still pass, police are asking drivers to slow down when driving through.
