Toni Childs will land in Shepparton for a two-hour special performance showcasing her life’s work in Retrospective.

As an Emmy winner and three-time Grammy-nominated recording artist, Ms Childs will perform her hits and fan favourites in the first hour of the show, followed by an introduction to some new tracks in the second half.

“Toni has a distinctive voice and her evocative music will take you on a journey of emotions from joy to heartbreak and back again,” Riverlinks manager Ken Cameron said.

“The vulnerability of her lyrics expresses her belief in being honest and choosing emotion over perfection.”

Across Ms Childs’ career touring the globe, she has opened for Bob Dylan and performed duets with Al Green and Peter Gabriel.

In the coming years, Ms Childs’ albums It’s All A Beautiful Noise and Citizens Of The Planet will be released in a new format.

The albums are set to become a part of two unique 3D mapping animated shows — two hours of music, animation and high-tech audience engagement.

The singer of hit tunes Don’t Walk Away and Zimbabwe is also offering an exclusive VIP meet-and-greet package, which includes a front row ticket, a digital copy of a Toni Childs greatest hits CD and a drink backstage after the concert with Ms Childs. Tickets are $175.

The concert will take place at Riverlinks Eastbank at 70 Welsford St, Shepparton, on Saturday, September 10 at 7:30pm.

Tickets for general admission and VIP can be purchased through the Riverlinks box office at 5832 9511, or online via https://riverlinksvenues.com.au/whats-on/event-details/!/calendar/event/toni-childs-retrospective-concert
