End-of-year celebrations at Bunnaloo Public School

Bunnaloo Public School held its first full concert and presentation evening for three years on December 15.

A large crowd packed the Bunnaloo Community Centre for the concert, which was performed by all children K-6, before the presentation of the school’s end-of-year awards.

The school wishes to thank everyone who played a role in the production of the concert, and said it was fantastic to have a community event running again after COVID-19 restrictions had stopped them in recent times.

The Wise Family Academic Excellence and School Contribution Award was presented to Tahlia Mills.

The Murray River Council Caldwell Family Awards were presented to Audrey Laffan and Alice Peat.

The school’s Sporting Excellence Award was presented to Lara O’Callaghan.

The school’s Positive Application and Achievement Awards were presented to Archie McDonald, Alexandra Starritt, Zara Broadhead, Thea Rinaldi, Georgie Barnes and Audrey Laffan.

The Deniliquin Lions Club’s Encouragement Award was presented to Bella O’Callaghan.

Echuca Moama Apex Club’s Academic Improvement Award was presented to Matilda Gardiner.

The school’s year level Academic Excellence Awards were presented to Bruce Severin, Isobel Grimwade, Oliver Laffan, Francesca Starritt, Drayke Severin and Alice Peat.

The Year 6 Wise Family Award was presented to Tahlia Mills.
