What is your name?

My name is Leeanne Archer.

What do you do with yourself?

I own Renato’s Florist in Shepparton. Three years ago, I purchased the business from my aunty and uncle. They owned it for 42 years, and I am proud to continue their legacy. I am lucky to be able to continue with the business.

What is your connection with the Goulburn Valley?

I was born and bred in Shepparton.

How do you enjoy spending your free time?

I am Shepparton Football Netball Club’s vice-president, and my husband is the assistant coach there, so when I am not at work, that’s where you can find me.

My husband and I used to play, too, but now we support our kids, who play netball.

What is your favourite part about the Goulburn Valley?

There’s always someone I know, and seeing a friendly smile is always nice. We are lucky to have many amenities, good retail shops and restaurants. All my family and friends are here, too.

What piece of advice would you give your younger self?

Cherish what you have and enjoy every moment. Take every opportunity and be grateful for every single one of them.
