A 45ha grass and scrub fire sparked by a burn-off at Gobur on Sunday afternoon threatened property and took firefighters hours to bring under control.
Twenty-five CFA units and air support were called to the fire on Gobur-Kanumbra Rd at Gobur at 2.50pm on February 5.
A CFA spokesperson said the fire threatened an old shed and approached the edge of a house, and breathing apparatuses were required for crews on scene.
The incident was deemed under control at 5pm and crews returned on Monday morning to continue blacking out the fire.
Victoria Police and Ambulance Victoria were also notified to attend the scene.
