A man suffered serious injuries to his legs after he was allegedly run over by a forklift at a Shepparton business on Monday, November 14.
Mooroopna police Sergeant Mark Washington said a forklift reversed into another worker who was walking in a warehouse at a Provincial Cres business.
Sgt Washington said the forklift ran over both the man’s feet.
The 35-year-old Shepparton man received serious injuries to his feet and was taken to Goulburn Valley Health, Sgt Washington said.
The incident happened about 11am.
Police are no longer investigating, after they deemed it was an accident.
WorkSafe Victoria was notified about the incident and a WorkSafe spokesperson said WorkSafe was making inquiries.
