Project management and oversight

This session will help participants understand the fundamentals of planning, organizing, and guiding projects to success.
Key areas include setting clear goals, determining roles and responsibilities, managing risks, procurement, stakeholder engagement, and exploring three project management models.
Unlocking the potential of your not-for-profit organisation
- Date: Tuesday, June 11
- Time: 6pm - 8pm
- RSVP: By 8am, Monday, June 10
This workshop focuses on adopting an entrepreneurial mindset to unlock the potential of not-for-profit organizations. Topics include:
- Evaluating current business activities.
- Canvassing for business ideas and options.
- Seeking government and expert advice.
All workshops will be conducted online via Zoom.
