Dairy and nutritional revenue fell for the Freedom Foods Group across the last quarter.
Reporting to the Australian Stock Exchange, the company's total revenue slipped by $17 million to $141 million in line with company expectations for the quarter ending March 31.
The dairy and nutritionals component slipped by $16 million to $91 million, a 15 per cent drop compared to the previous quarter.
The company reported UHT dairy sales in the domestic market were down due to private label milk sales, but bulk cream sales rose with the increasing butterfat content of milk off-farm, resulting in higher cream production.
Cereals and snacks, and specialty seafoods, also decreased by small amounts, but plant-based beverages increased by seven per cent.
The company will hold an extraordinary meeting on May 25 to discuss its plans for recapitalisation.
Freedom Foods shares were selling at about 40 cents in the last week of April.
