A multi-million dollar renewal has transformed Cobram’s local Woolworths.
The spruced-up store opened its doors on Wednesday, December 4.
It provides local shoppers with an improved experience, with customers now being able to choose between full-service and self-checkout lanes.
The store also boasts a wider range of products, with hundreds of new additions gracing its shelves.
Despite the fresh look, many familiar faces remain among the 170-strong team, including eight old hands who have clocked up a combined total of 266 years of service.
Luke Williams, the new store manager, who has relocated from Melbourne, is thrilled about his new role.
“We've got a ripper crew here in Cobram, 170 strong,” he said.
“I'm stoked to be leading this team and getting to know our local shoppers.
“It's been brilliant to see the store's transformation come together in the last couple of weeks.”
With Christmas just around the corner, Mr Williams assured customers the store is packed to the brim with festive favourites and everyday essentials.
Shoppers can also take advantage of home delivery and direct to boot services during the holiday season.
