On Friday, July 21, Gowrie St Primary School invited parents and special friends to join the school community for a NAIDOC assembly.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students led the assembly, which included a Smoking Ceremony and dancing.

Several senior students also performed, singing songs they had written as part of the school’s Aunties program.
