There were large crowds for the second Baala Creek Festival held in in Numurkah on Saturday, March 16.

The festival was at Hamon Park in Numurkah and organised by the Numurkah Love Our Lifestyle group.

The family-friendly event included a giant jumping castle and slide, the iconic bucking bull, a 10-metre rock climbing tower, soft archery, face painting and an animal patting area.

There was also live entertainment, food stalls to suit everyone’s palate and a licensed bar.

Festival goer Matthew Robert Koeleman,14, told the Courier that he thoroughly enjoyed the attractions the organisers put on.
