Hundreds packed St Brendan’s Church in Shepparton to commemorate Good Friday, which Christians remember as the day Jesus died for mankind.

The day saw St Brendan’s hold two events: a 3pm mass presided over by parish priest Fr Joe Taylor and Fr Jackson Saunders, and a Stations of the Cross re-enactment directed by Les Billings and produced and co-ordinated by Dale Wright.

The News’ Gabriel Garcia went along to take some photos.
