The St Georges Road Food Festival took place at the weekend, with a huge turnout for the annual event.
The festival took place on Saturday, October 7, when the street was filled with cuisines from many different cultures, proving to be a big hit for the crowds.
There was also live entertainment, with musical acts performing, alongside cooking demonstrations, getting the whole community involved.
Also taking place was the seniors week fashion parade, where the older members of the Shepparton community showed off their style in a fun display.
Greater Shepparton City Council’s major events co-ordinator Megan Treacy said the event was a huge success, with more than 4200 people attending the festival.
“It ran exceptionally this year,” she said.
“The event is held for our businesses of St Georges Rd, and we bring in our multicultural community groups to cater together with a range of local food trucks.
“The event has proven to be a huge success for our region, and we look forward to holding it again in 2024.”
News photographer Megan Fisher headed down on Saturday to capture some of the best moments from the festival.
