Bring the good times and the excitement — Goulburn Vibes will take care of the rest.

Back for another year, the free live music event will feature the soulful tunes of Rory McKenna and his band, along with support acts yet to be announced.

Set for Saturday, April 16, the event will take place in front of the bushland next to Sherpparton’s Victoria Park Lake.

“Goulburn Vibes is a celebration of our some of our region’s best, featuring talented performers and great local vendors, all in close proximity to the beautiful Goulburn River,” City of Greater Shepparton Mayor Kim O’Keeffe said.

“We hope visitors will enjoy what our region has to offer over the Easter long weekend and will take the opportunity to see a side of greater Shepparton they have not experienced before.”

Local food vendors and a licensed bar area will be on the scene supplied by local names Chow Town, Grill on Wheels and caravan bar Grandpa Charlie.

Attendees will need to bring a chair or picnic rug and are reminded to protect themselves against mosquito bites by wearing loose clothing and applying mosquito repellent.

The gated event will be COVID-safe and require attendees 18 and over to show proof of vaccination upon entry and check in to the Service Victoria App via a QR Code.

Goulburn Vibes is on Saturday, April 16, from 6pm to 9pm at western park, next to the all-abilities playground at Victoria Park Lake Shepparton.
