On Friday, March 22, students from Grahamvale Primary School held their fun run at Victoria Park Lake, with a unique reward motivating the runners.

After doing a lap of the lake to raise money, the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow was actually a tub of green goo.

Principal Luke Simpson and assistant principal Karen Mellington stepped up to get slimed, much to the delight of their pupils.

News photographer Rechelle Zammit headed along to capture the sticky situation.
