A funding stream for Victorian veterans is once again open.

Applications are being received by the state government for Anzac Day Proceeds Fund and Victoria Remembers grants to support Victorian veterans.

The Anzac Day Proceeds Fund offers grants up to $150,000 for statewide activities and up to $50,000 for regional projects, focusing on welfare and wellbeing initiatives for veterans.

The Victoria Remembers grants provide up to $30,000 for projects recognising veterans' service or educating Victorians about their contributions.

“These grants ensure we continue to support veteran communities — who have given so much to our state,” Veterans Minister Natalie Suleyman said.

Applications for both grant programs are open until September 9.

“Service can have a lasting impact on the lives of veterans and their families. It’s important that we give veterans the support they deserve and ensure their service, legacy and sacrifice are remembered,” state Member for Northern Victoria Jaclyn Symes said.
