If you’re approached or phoned and asked to offer your thoughts on Greater Shepparton City Council’s performance, rest assured, it’s safe to engage and you’re encouraged to do so.

Council has enlisted research resource company Thinkfield to conduct face-to-face surveys in the area to help it evaluate its service to the community.

All responses are confidential and pooled with others.

“The surveys are a useful tool for council to gather feedback directly from residents,” council corporate services director Chris Teitzel said.

“We want to know what they think of council’s performance and service to ensure we are continually improving our delivery to the community.

“Residents can be assured that if they are approached in person to take part in the survey, it is legitimate and is being conducted on behalf of council.”

Surveying will take place until Monday, June 24.
