Highlands Park in Moama will host a meeting of residents on Sunday, June 23 to protest the proposed reclassification of Murray River Council community land.

The meeting will start at 11am and has been organised by Graeme Blow along with other local residents.

The site at the corner of Shetland Drive and Falkirk Way is one of 18 lots the council may reclassify, including Winbi Park.

Mr Blow has created a petition to accompany the meeting. Residents are encouraged to submit their feedback to council by emailing admin@murrayriver.nsw.gov.au
